The online service provides a user friendly step-by-step guide to complete the online Tenancy Application process.

As part of this process you will be required to:

i)   fill in the details

ii)   upload the required documents using a scanner or your mobile phone camera

iii)  once everything is completed you will then be able to submit the application to us

Once you have submitted your application, we will process it and get back to you as soon as possible so please ensure that your contact details are accurate.

Please Note: We only accept rent payments by Direct Debit authority which you must provide when signing the lease agreement.
