Ricardo Saad has over 20 years experience in property consulting, research and  advisory, is a qualified accountant, holds a Bachelor of Commerce Degree from the University of NSW; spent his formative  years as an accountant with PriceWaterhouseCoopers, holds real estate licenses in NSW and Victoria, has been involved in hundreds of millions of dollars worth of property transactions, advises both corporate and private clients, publicly speaks and has written numerous reports and guides on property management and strategic investment strategies.

Ricardo also has a successful property portfolio and often takes an equity interest in many of the projects that he actively consults on. So he knows what it’s like to be a Landlord and what it takes to service Landlords like yourself.
